The Milk Carton : A short story

By Line Langager

Book Review

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

Hi uhm I just got ripped in half by the most beautiful short story I think I’ve ever read?!

I sincerely hope this author publishes more work soon because this is such a good story. At first I thought, it’s too short to have depth? I was blown away. My heart was just ripped out. How did Line Langager manage to do that in 11 pages?!

This is so well-written and somehow the characters are also developed and fly off the page immediately?

All I can say is, woah

This year I’ve read more short stories and anthologies than ever before. In the past, I’ve hesitated to pick them up. Sometimes a short read sticks with you for way longer than a 300 page book will, and this is one of those.
