if you like splatterpunk, you will enjoy this book. seriously. get it.

“Antonio sighed and prepared himself for his soliloquy. “You know how when you’re reading a book and it’s just implied that characters are white? Like it’s just a given? Then they introduce a character and all of a sudden they have ‘beautiful chocolate skin’ or ‘delicate cinnamon elbow wrinkles.’ Like, just say Black or Hispanic. You don’t have to fetishize us for the sake of inclusion.””
“You were supposed to help me, whore!” Antonio rolled his eyes and shouted, “Just let me finish this chapter, then I’ll be right there. I promise.”
These stood out to me but this book is good, hilarious, disturbing, and fantastic.
I highly recommend for horror and splatterpunk lovers!!
