How I Acquired Book: It was on sale during a romance read event!
Pre-read Thoughts: I have had this book on my TBR but it was not available at my library so when I saw it go on sale I was really excited.
During Read Thoughts: I had delicious soup while reading this so I had really good soup with really good spice and it was a good combination.
Post Read Thoughts: Spicy books really do make you feel better. I’m glad I bought this book instead of getting a library loan so I have it always. I want to try to get this in physical form.

Because this is a romance novella, and I do not want to give any spoilers, I am just going to tell you that you don’t want to miss this one.
The writing style sucked me in immediately, then there is actual tension and stakes put in but you are drawn to the romance within the book. I could not put this one down, and when the spicy scene(s) came around, I was a very happy reader. I do not want to spoil it by saying how much spice is in this book or where it happens, but just know you are going to love this one.
I also reallllllly enjoyed the coffeeshop setting, as that is one of my favorite environments. Friends to lovers might be tied with enemies to loves for me.
I need more romance books now okay thanks.
This book is so so so so good.
